What is the difference between a Bookkeeper and a Accountant?
In general terms, a bookkeeper will be the person that assists you with the ongoing financial recording and transactions that keep your business running smoothly. Your accountant, on the other hand, will be the person who analyses the data produced by your bookkeeper, reports on it, and will give you financial advice. Your accountant will also have a strong understanding of your taxation requirements, and will be best able to assist in that area.
What accounting packages do you use?
We use just about all the major accounting packages available. We do specialise with MYOB, XERO and QuickBooks. Depending on your requirements we will mold our service just for you.

AJones Bookkeeping offers services at your business location to a complete virtual bookkeeping experience by using your accounting software we are able to virtually log in and complete your bookkeeping requirements.

All our clients are given a direct phone number for ease of contact. Our clients can also email us and we always ensure we reply promptly. We never charge for telephone or e-mails support. We often also make visits to your premises if that suits. Our first meeting or consultation is always free.
